The China Horse Club and its partners closed out the 2019 Australian Easter Yearling Sales on a positive note when securing a further four elite yearlings to beef up an already outstanding roster of well pedigreed yearlings ahead of the 2020 racing season.
Purchasing from the same sales ring that has delivered the club multiple G1 winning sprinter and now stallion Russian Revolution and boom colt Cosmic Force, the club zeroed in on some of Australia’s most prized young equine athletes.
“We are very encouraged by the quality of colts we have secured with our partners at this year’s Easter Yearling Sale. Coupled with our purchases earlier this year from the Magic Millions Yearling Sale, Inglis Classic Yearling Sale and the Karaka Yearling Sale we have an outstanding pool of young stock to bring into our racing operations for the 2020 season,” said Michael Wallace, Head of Bloodstock and Racing for the China Horse Club.
“Every year we aspire to find a champion and there is every reason to be positive and believe that we have another Madison County, Cosmic Force, Global Exchange, Queen of Diamonds or Strasbourg in our team of yearlings right now.”
Replenishing its racing operation has been vital to the success of the China Horse Club which has now won almost 470 races worldwide since its inception, including 31 G1 events. It will bid to continue its tally of winners this weekend when the talented Autocratic takes his place in the $150,000 Listed Kings of Sydney Sport Mile (1600m).
