Later, Liu went on a study tour organised by CHC,
to visit an auction and learn about racing operations
in Australia. It was at here where he purchased a colt
yearling, Molten. Molten was raced in Australia and
had won a few starts before he was sold to Hong Kong.
2018 marked the 30th anniversary of Yitai Group
and to commemorate this momentous occasion, Liu
purchased Yitai Loyalty and Yitai Synergy at the 2018
Magic Millions sales in Australia – the horses will
start their racing career in the near future. Winning

that, Liu remains steadfast in his dedication and
support for the sport of horse racing. Liu frequently
attends race meetings as part of the CHC delegation
that has expanded its presence to some of the world’s
biggest horse racing events. He is also a familiar
figure in the China Equine Cultural Festival (CECF),
China’s most international racing event.
As for thoroughbred horse investing in China, Liu
said: “Inner Mongolia is synonymous with horseback

A few hundred years later, it is sad to see the past
glory of the Mongolia’s horse culture diminishing with
time. I hope China’s horse racing industry will take
off like the US or Europe, attracting equestrian sports
enthusiasts to invest in the country, which will in turn
contribute greatly to our economy. The Dubai World
Cup is an event where betting is not allowed in the
racecourse; despite that, it is able to capture global
attention and participation.”
In reality, CHC aims to transform people’s passion
for horses into long-term investment opportunities and
introduce international racing to these Chinese racing
fans, whether they are long-time horse enthusiasts like
Liu, or newcomers to the industry.

外在2018年伊泰集团成立30周年之际，他又在澳大利亚购
入 两 匹 赛 马 作 为庆 贺 纪 念，分 别 为“伊 泰 同 心”和“伊 泰 初
心”，都 已可 正 式 出 赛。胜 败 乃 兵 家 常 事，但 无 论 赛 马 投 资
上 是 否 盈 亏，最 难 得 的 是 刘 玉 泉 先 生 对喜爱 赛 马 的 赤 忱 及
支 持。他 还 经常作为C H C 马主会员 亲 赴 全 球各地 的 知 名赛
马场，为C H C及自己拥有股份的赛马助威；在国内最具国
到他的身影。
对于国内新兴的纯血马投资，他也有着自己的理 解：
“内 蒙 古 本 身 就 是 一 个马背上 的 民 族，成 吉思 汗 时 期 成 功
征 服了大 半 个 欧 亚，几百年 过去了，这个 辉 煌 一 时 的 马文化
也 渐 渐 消 失。刘 玉 泉 觉 得 很 遗 憾 也 一直希 望中 国 的 速 度 赛
马能 够 像 国 外 一 样 地 放 开 及普及，让 更 多喜 欢 这 项 运 动 的
人都来到中国，这对中国的经济会产生很大的促进。世界著
名的 速 度 赛 马 盛 事 迪 拜 赛 马世界 杯 就 是 一 个 无 博 彩 赛 事，
却也成功吸引全球的关注及参与。”
其实，无论是刘玉泉这样爱马多年的人，还是那些刚刚
接 触马匹 的 企 业 家，C H C 都 在 努力将 他们 对马热 情 转化成
了一项 真 正 能 够 持 续 专 注与 收 益 的 事业，将“世界”带 给 这
些热爱赛马的中国人。
