IDEAL WEEKEND DESTINATION
Called The Chase, it is the ideal weekend
destination for thoroughbred owners and
breeders as Sutton Forest, with its agrarian
setting, vineyards and farms, is already a
favored address to manor homes and estates.
In fact, celebrity couple Nicole Kidman and
Keith Urban own an estate and cattle stud
farm within the village. CHC members can
choose to explore local wineries and go on
antique trails nearby, should they stay at The
Chase. The possibilities are endless.
CHC’S HORSE BREEDING PROGRAM
The property is also the physical embodiment
of CHC’s sound horse breeding program. It
is the perfect horse spelling and agistment
property that will ensure CHC members’
thoroughbred champions are well taken care
of. The huge stable will contain 16 stalls that
can house up to a hundred horses. Taking a leaf
from the giants of the horse breeding industry
— Coolmore, Juddmonte, Darley — CHC will
continue building its empire through this vast
farm. CHC Manager Eden Harrington describes
the site and CHC’s program with excitement
