First Swiss Hotel offering GOURMEDness®
It was only a month ago that the four star hotel The Alpina, launched its health care concept GOURMEDness®. This initiative positioned the Alpina Mountain Resort and Spa as the first hotel in Switzerland to offer this programme. The resort is located in the village of Tschiertschen
in the splendid Canton of Grisons, 10 km from Chur at the road axis Arosa-Chur-Lenzerheide.
GOURMEDness® was specifically designed to support and maintain mental and physical well-being, improving fitness and performance, while enjoying a holiday of relaxation and gourmet cuisine. “On the basis of the natural resources right in front of us, within the marvellous landscape, we decided to focus on the topic of health and created a new concept,” added Mr Gehring.
Health expert and naturopath Denise Hintermayer coaches the guests and supports them in taking a time out within a splendid mountain scenery.
