Justify’s Kentucky Derby heroics have catapulted him into the stratosphere of the world’s elite racehorses. The Longines IFHA World’s Best Horse Rankings were released after the Kentucky Derby triumph and provide Justify with a current rating of 124, a mark that ensures he is currently:
- The world’s best three-year-old
- The world’s equal best active dirt horse
Only Winx (130), the now retired Gun Runner (129) and Cracksman (125) stand ahead of the four-start veteran who only launched his career in February of this year. West Coast, also trained by Bob Baffert, shares the same rating.
