One hundred and fifty years after racing first began in Tianjin significant steps have already been taken to ensuring the city returns to the stage as an international player in the Sport of Kings. Thoroughbred racing will be showcased for the first time at the Tianjin Equine Culture City with a feature event, the inaugural National Cup meeting in 2013.

Planning has already begun for a full racing season in 2014 with regular race meetings in Tianjin for China Horse Club members. Members will have the opportunity to have their horses race for them in front of family and guests at regular intervals. And, of course, the season will culminate once again with the National Cup Meeting, China’s richest race day.

2015 will see the completion of the International Racecourse, the China Horse Club Clubhouse and luxury chateaus and a heightened level of racing excellence.

There has never been a better time to consider the glamorous sport of horse racing. There has never been a more spectacular club than the CHC.
