Surrealist set hearts racing at the inaugural CECF in 2013 with a slick display of stamina and speed to effortlessly win the RMB800,000 France Galop Gold Cup. Injuries have stifled his career over the ensuring two years but trainer Quinton Cassidy and his team have handled him with the patience and care of a parent. There is no doubting his abilities which also saw him a winner in Paris before being imported to China. Watch out for the ‘Real Surreal’ in 2016.
